Open and airy, Villa de Blase is full of light, warmth and welcome. Rooms are expansive and ceilings are high. Many windows, terraces and great views expand the space. Decorated with natural materials and colours including terracotta tiled floors, white plaster finished walls and an array of rich browns in furnishings, this home has a balance of spaciousness offset by that which is earthy and warm.
With the main rooms situated on an upper level, one is able to see a stunning view of lands end where both the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez meet. On this same level, kitchen and dining areas are separate from a main living room that opens onto an outdoor terrace with dining table and a fabulous view. The high ceilings afforded by an open loft-like hallway above add to the height and expansiveness of the room. Above and below the main living area are bedrooms finished in a similar style to the rest of the house.
On the lowest level is an outdoor terrace with swimming pool, shaded dining and cooking areas as well as a terrific view.
